Johannes Kauer<\/span><\/p>\n

Managing Director<\/p>\n

Johannes Kauer has many years of national and international experience in project development and project management.<\/p>\n

His professional career began in 1999 as a project engineer in Dresden. He then worked as a project manager at one of the world’s most renowned consulting firms. Here, Mr. Kauer acquired business in Germany, Russia and Kazakhstan and managed projects. A further step in his career was joining the real estate subsidiary of a German bank. Here he was responsible for major development projects in Germany and Russia. He then worked as a  Senior Manager in Asset Management and was responsible for projects for a telecommunications group, among others. Mr. Kauer was a lecturer for construction management and due diligence at the in-house academy. Most recently, he worked as a branch manager for a medium-sized construction company, where he built up the German business and implemented hotel projects. <\/p>\n

Chi Phu Truong<\/span><\/p>\n

Senior Development Manager<\/p>\n

Chi Phu Truong has over 12 years of professional experience. He studied at the TU Darmstadt. At an international asset management company, he took on project management tasks in technical advisory and worked on development projects. Most recently, he worked for an international real estate project management company. <\/p>\n

Sven Z\u00f6ller<\/span><\/p>\n

Project manager<\/p>\n

Sven Z\u00f6ller has almost 30 years of professional experience in the construction and real estate sector. After training and working as a stonemason, he completed a commercial apprenticeship. He then successfully completed a degree in business administration.<\/p>\n

He then held management positions in several companies. Initially, Mr. Z\u00f6ller was a sales manager for residential construction – later he was responsible for project development at a construction company. <\/p>\n

Mr. Z\u00f6ller is accredited by the BDSH e.V<\/a>. as an expert for real estate valuation.<\/p>\n
